30-day return requests
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your parcel. The return address is Qwantumlux, 26 Bis Avenue De Levallois Perret, 60800 Crépy-En-Valois, France. US returns are sent to France.
Who pays return shipping
Qwantumlux covers return shipping when the return results from our error or a damaged, defective or incorrect item. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping, including the cost of sending the parcel to France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please describe the issue and include photographs if available. The ordinary unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item. Contact us for return instructions and resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need assistance with an approved refund.
